2. “Who will own the website, domain, and hosting?”

This is the most important question you can ask.

5. “What platform do you build on? (And can I update it?)”

6. “What is your process for revisions and feedback?”

The final staging site (the working website) before it goes live.

7. “What happens after the site launches?”

Do you offer a warranty? (e.g., a 30-day “bug-fix” warranty is common).
What about ongoing support?
