Here is our simple, 5-step process for taking your idea from a conversation to a live, professional website.

Step 1: The Discovery Call (1-2 Weeks)

This is the most important step. We can’t build your solution if we don’t understand your problem. This phase is all about listening.

We’ll Talk: We start with a simple call or meeting. We’ll ask about your business, your goals (e.g., “I need more leads,” “I want to look more professional”), your target audience, and any websites you like (or hate).
The Plan: We’ll identify what you need. A 5-page business site? A full e-commerce store? A multilingual setup?
The Quote: After this, we’ll send you a clear, fixed-price proposal. There are no hidden fees. You’ll know the exact cost before we write a single line of code.

Step 2: The Blueprint (Wireframe & Design) (2-3 Weeks)

Once you’ve approved the plan, our designers get to work. We don’t just start building. First, we create a blueprint.

Wireframes: We start with a “wireframe.” This is a simple, black-and-white skeleton of your website. It shows where everything goes—the logo, the menu, the buttons, the contact form. This lets us focus on the structure and user journey without getting distracted by colours.
Design Mockups: After you approve the wireframe, we create the full-colour, high-fidelity “mockup.” This is what your website will look like. We’ll add your branding, colours, fonts, and images. You’ll see the design and be able to give feedback before we build it.

Step 3: The Build (Development) (2-4 Weeks)

This is where our developers turn the approved design into a real, functional website. It’s the most technical part of our web design process.

Clean Code: We build your site on WordPress, using clean, modern code.
Responsive Build: We make sure your site looks and works perfectly on every device—desktops, tablets, and especially mobile phones.
Content: We’ll take the text and images you provide and professionally format them across the site, making sure everything is clear and easy to read.

Step 4: Testing & Revisions (1 Week)

Your website is built, but it’s not ready for the public. Now, we test everything.

We Test: We click every link, test every button, and fill out every contact form. We run speed tests and check the site on different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
You Review: We’ll send you a private link to the “staging” site. This is your chance to click around and give us your final feedback. If you spot a typo or want to change an image, we’ll handle it here.

Step 5: Launch & Training (The Big Day!)

Once you give us the final “go-ahead,” it’s time to go live.

We Launch: We handle the entire technical process of pushing your site live to your domain. We’ll set up your SSL certificate (the padlock), connect Google Analytics, and submit your new sitemap to Google.
We Train You: A website you can’t update is a useless website. We’ll give you a simple training session (or video) to show you how to do the basics, like adding a new blog post or updating your contact info.
Post-Launch Support: Our job isn’t over. We’re here for you. We’ll monitor the site after launch and, of course, we’ll talk to you about our monthly maintenance plans to keep your new site secure and fast.
